Welcome! You have just
entered the front door of the Pyramid and are now in the 'Great Room' on
the main floor. The cabinet angles you see are not an optical illusion,
but part of the design. The appliances in the house were especially
selected due to their conservative use of energy. The view from the
house takes advantage of the broad mountain vistas surrounding this
unique part of the Montana wilderness.
Right, the Pyramid House's phone represents the artistic nature of its
creator. Built in to a real guitar, this phone is a Whitney Lake
original design and hangs in the Great Room at the end of the kitchen
cabinets.
(NOTE: It is here in this kitchen that Whitney's Famous Barbecue
Sauce is lovingly simmered to perfection!) |
